If you have ended up here, you may have had an experience that isn’t sitting right with you. We’re here to help, and to make sure your requests make it to the right place and people.

Incident vs. Feedback

An “incident” as we refer to it generally means that your consent was violated in some way. If this is your situation, we are sorry that happened, and thank you for considering filing a report. There is no pressure to continue with a report after it’s been filed (consent is always reversible, after all), and your incident intake person will guide you through the process.

Our feedback form can be used for any type of feedback, positive or constructive, and it goes directly to the Communications Director. There are places on the feedback form where you can leave contact information and request to be contacted regarding your feedback; there is also a spot to opt out of communication regarding your feedback if that’s what you prefer. Identifying yourself is NOT required to send a feedback form. We are always happy to receive feedback of any sort, from “I attended this party and it was awesome!” to “Please stop with the LaCroix at parties, no one likes that stuff,” all the way to “An EC reprimanded me at a party and I don’t think they had a good reason.” If your consent was not directly violated, please utilize the feedback form so that we can correctly route your feedback to the person or people who can directly impact a solution. Please note that feedback is routed to the most appropriate person whether or not there is an identifier or contact information included in the feedback.
